Turkey Wealth Fund, a sovereign wealth fund, completed the acquisition of Halk Sigorta, Vakif Emeklilik ve Hayat, and Turkiye Sigorta, three insurance companies, from Turkiye Halk Bankasi, which provides various types of banking services, and Halk Yatirim. Financial terms were not disclosed.
