BioChek to acquire BIOTECON.

BioChek, a provider of veterinary diagnostic, agreed to acquire BIOTECON, a molecular and microbiological diagnostics provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This allows us to offer a complete diagnostic management solution from Farm to Fork for our customers. Food safety starts with healthy animals.
