Indexplus to merge with Pathfinder.

Indexplus Income Fund, an investment fund, agreed to merge with Pathfinder, an investment fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. The merger remains subject to the satisfaction of all regulatory requirements and customary closing conditions, and is expected to close on July 8, 2020.
