MPK Equity Partners and Princeton Equity Group completed the investment in Restoration 1 and bluefrog Plumbing + Drain.

MPK Equity Partners, a private investment firm, and Princeton Equity Group, a private equity firm, completed their investment in Restoration 1, a franchise that specializes in a wide array of emergency mitigation, restoration and reconstruction services, and Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain, a residential plumbing franchise that specializing in repair, maintenance and installation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
