ECM Industries, a global manufacturer and supplier of electrical products, completed the acquisition of ILSCO, a North American manufacturer of electrical connectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of ILSCO adds an industry-leading brand with best in class power connectors and grounding solutions.
