SS&C Technologies completed the acquisition of Innovest Systems for $120m.

SS&C Technologies, a global provider of software, completed the acquisition of Innovest Systems, a provider of technology-driven services, for $120m. The purchase price consists of $100m in cash and $20m in SS&C stock.
