Private equity firm Point King Capital agreed to acquire a 25% stake in Makeup Cartel, owner of a vegan and cruelty-free skincare brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. The capital injection is expected to help Gold Coast-based Makeup Cartel expand its existing businesses across multiple channels and focus on international expansion.
