Konkordia Capital and AAVIN Private Equity completed the acquisition of Phoenix Loss Control from Woodbridge International.

Konkordia Capital and AAVIN Private Equity, two American private equity firms, completed the acquisition of Phoenix Loss Control, a utilities firm, from Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Together with AAVIN, we are very excited to begin this partnership and see PLC continue its success well into the future.
