Capital Croissance to acquire 2cv Mehari Club Cassis from Abenex and Bpifrance.

Capital Croissance, a private investment firm, to acquire 2cv Mehari Club Cassis, which specializes in the sale and installation of Citroën parts and offers its clients a range of spare parts for 2CV and MEHARI, from Abenex and Bpifrance, two private equity firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The evolution of the Méhari Club Cassis over the past six years, characterized in particular by a managerial transition, a profound transformation in the organization and digitalization of the company and the launch of electric models, allows MCC to have the basics essential for its future development," Christian Dorleac, Abenex Partner.
