Private equity firm AMP Capital Investors completed the acquisition of a 30% stake in Auckland South Corrections Facility, a 960-bed facility is focused on rehabilitation and training to support prisoners’ reintegration into the community, from John Laing Group, a British investor, developer and operator of privately financed, public sector infrastructure projects.
