Medis Medical Imaging completed the acquisition of AMID from Diogene Invest.

Medis Medical Imaging Systems, a portfolio company of Van Herk Ventures, completed the acquisition of Advanced Medical Imaging Development, a MedTech company engaged in the analysis and accurate quantification of cardiac and cardiovascular imaging, from Diogene Invest. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to start a new expansion phase after 20 years of work in this field focusing on top-notch R&D. Together with the team of Medis we will jointly create a wonderful new future and amaze the world with our innovations.
