ADP-backed TAV Airports, a Turkish airport operation and services firm, and VPE Capital, a provider of private capital and investment services, agreed to acquire Almaty International Airport for $415m. The consortium will also acquire associated jet fuel and catering businesses. TAV Airports’ share in the consortium will not be less than 75%.
