Ringier, a media group in Switzerland, completed the acquisition of the Romanian publishing business of Bauer Media Group, a German multimedia conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. The portfolio sold by Bauer includes Romanian TV program guides such as TV Mania and TV Satelit.
