Normec Group completed the acquisition of Kalsbeek from Tynaarlo.

Normec Group, a provider of testing, inspection, certification and compliance services, completed the acquisition of Kalsbeek, a consultancy with a specific focus on water treatment and legionella prevention, from Tynaarlo. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In order to make better use of the possibilities of Kalsbeek, Kalsbeek has chosen to join the Normec Group, an organization with the same philosophy regarding business operations, smart IT solutions and a great growth ambition," Edwin Kool, Kalsbeek General Manager.
