Brembo completed the acquisition of 20% stake in Infibra Technologies.

Brembo, an Italian manufacturer of automotive brake systems, especially for high-performance cars and motorcycles, completed the acquisition of 20% stake in Infibra Technologies, an Italian provider of fiber optic sensors systems. Financial terms were not disclosed.
