Sagard-backed Ipackchem Group, a global manufacturer of high performance plastic packaging, completed the acquisition of Jiangsu Rotam Boxmore Packaging, a packaging company, from Boxmore International and Rotam CropSciences. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 1995, Jiangsu Rotam Boxmore Packaging specializes in the design, production and marketing of rigid plastic products and customized packaging solutions.
