Weber family to acquire a majority stake in Weber Automotive for $359m.

Weber family agreed to acquire a majority stake in Weber Automotive, a globally active automotive supplier, for $359m. The sale covered the Weber Automotive production sites in Markdorf, Bernau and Neuenbürg and the holdings in Weber Magdeburg, Weber Automotive and Albert Weber Hungária.
