Archibus + Serraview and JMI Equity completed the acquisition of SpaceIQ from WeWork.

Archibus + Serraview, a provider of software for optimizing workplaces and facilities, and JMI Equity, a growth equity firm, completed their acquisition of SpaceIQ, a workplace real estate platform, from WeWork, an office-leasing company.
