Private equity-backed Net Health, a premier provider of cloud-based Electronic Health Record software, completed the acquisition of Tissue Analytics, a developer of a sophisticated digital wound imaging platforms. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition enhances our ability to support wound care providers and strengthen their impact on patient outcomes.
