Astellas Pharma, a global pharmaceutical company, completed the acquisition of OSI Pharmaceuticals, a biotechnology company primarily focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of molecular targeted therapies addressing medical needs in oncology, diabetes and obesity, for $4bn.
