SMATRICS, an operator of public charging stations, and EnBW, a full service energy company that provides electricity, gas as well as energy and environmental services, formed SMATRICS mobility +, a charging network. Financial terms were not disclosed. SMATRICS takes on the role of the technical service provider and has been working successfully with EnBW in Germany for years.
