Edenred, a company that offers prepaid vouchers for products and services, completed the acquisition of a 17% stake in UTA, an issuer of multi-brand fuel cards and a provider of value-added services, such as toll settlement, maintenance and VAT recovery solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction represents the final stage in UTA’s gradual integration at Edenred.
