S-Pankki to acquire Fennia's asset management and real estate investment services businesses.

S-Pankki, a retail banking company, agreed to acquire the asset management and real estate investment services businesses from Fennia Group, a provider of risk management and insurance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Fennia has unique expertise in asset management and especially in real estate investment and real estate funds, which perfectly complements our current products and expertise.
