Aurora Cannabis completed the acquisition of Reliva for $85m.

Aurora Cannabis, a Canadian cannabinoids company, completed the acquisition of Reliva, a seller of hemp-derived CBD products in the US for $85m. "We are pleased to have closed the Reliva transaction ahead of schedule.
