A consortium of private equity firms completed a £1bn investment in TDR Capital-backed Constellation Automotive Group.

A consortium of private equity firms including Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, GIC, Neuberger Berman and Soros Fund Management completed a £1bn investment in TDR Capital-backed Constellation Automotive Group, a vertically integrated digital used car marketplace. “Constellation’s marketplaces, technology, data and infrastructure provide the backbone of the used car market across Europe.
