ConnecT, an Italian investment vehicle, completed the spin-off of its 29.9% stake in Cellnex Telecom, a Spanish telecommunications infrastructure operator. The stake was allocated to Sintonia, owned by Edizione, Raffles Infra Holdings (investment vehicle of GIC), and Infinity Investments (owned by ADIA). Financial terms were not disclosed.
