iA Financial Group, a Canadian insurance company, completed its acquisition of Innovative Aftermarket Systems, a marketer, administrator, and underwriter of vehicle protection products, from Genstar Capital, a private equity firm, for $720m. "IAS has been an incredibly successful long-term investment for us since our acquisition in 2011.
