Madison Industries-backed Filtration Group to acquire Oxyphen.

Madison Industries-backed Filtration Group, a filtration company, agreed to acquire Oxyphen, an innovator in track-etched membranes. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Filtration Group is an ideal home for Oxyphen because we share a mission-driven and entrepreneurial culture that is customer-focused. This will enable us to solve our customers’ most critical problems," Annette Heusser, Oxyphen CEO.
