M&G completed the acquisition of Ascentric from Royal London.

M&G, an investment manager, completed the acquisition of Ascentric, a digital wrap and wealth management platform from Royal London, a mutual life insurance service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a compelling transaction for Ascentric.
