Uamco, a provider of financial services, completed the acquisition of a 72% stake in Posco Plantec, a manufacturer of a wide range of industrial, power and energy plants such as pressure vessel, big tower, column, heat exchanger, reactor and heat recovery steam generator, for $50m.
