Architect Equity completed the acquisition of Faultless Brands.

Architect Equity, an evergreen investment fund, completed the acquisition of Faultless Brands, a collection of consumer products and brands encompassing fabric care, household cleaning, home fragrance and commercial laundry products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to complete the acquisition of Faultless Brands.
