Rainbow completed the acquisition of Oxbow from Lafuma Group.

Rainbow, owned by the French Emmanuel Debruères and Jean-Christophe Chetail, completed the acquisition of Oxbow, a French clothes brand, from Lafuma Group, a France-based company that specializes in outdoor equipment and clothing, such as backpacks, sleeping bags, and footwear. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This sale will enable the Oxbow brand, relying on its strong reputation, to initiate a new stage in its development and for the Lafuma group to refocus its activities around Outdoor and Furniture. Lafuma has made an insignificant investment in Rainbow in order to support Oxbow in this new story," Lafuma Group.
