Prodege completed the acquisition of Upromise from Sallie Mae.

Prodege, an online consumer-rewards platform, completed its acquisition of Upromise, a college education-savings rewards business, from Sallie Mae, a publicly-traded US corporation that provides consumer banking. Financial terms were not disclosed.
