Private equity firms, Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and Investment Management Corporation of Ontario, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in euNetworks, bandwidth infrastructure company, for $294m. “Bandwidth and Internet Infrastructure underpins much of commerce and society and that impact continues to grow exponentially.
