Acclivis and Advent Partners completed the acquisition of Medtech Global.

Acclivis Group, an Australasian healthtech advisory and investment business, and Advent Partners, a private investment fund, completed the acquisition of Medtech Global, New Zealand’s medical technology company. “In these challenging times, new models of care have arisen.
