Cerberus Capital Management to invest in Steward Health Care.

Private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management agreed to invest in the MBO of Steward Health Care, the largest physician-owned, private, for-profit health care network in the US. Financial terms were not disclosed. "For nearly a decade, we have partnered with Steward Health Care to build an industry-leading company that provides access to affordable, high-quality, community-based care across the United States.
