Superpedestrian completed the acquisition of Zagster.

Superpedestrian, a transportation robotics company, completed the acquisition of Zagster, which designs, builds and operates bike-sharing programs, from venture capital companies Edison Partners, LaunchCapital, Launchpad Venture Group, Fontinalis Partners, Clean Energy Venture Group and Alumni Ventures Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
