Ver­triebs, a hardware maintenance provider, completed the acquisition of BLUE Consult and BLUE Smart Ser­vices, German IT consulting firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of the two consulting firms K&P Computer Service- und Vertriebs offers a full range of IT-solutions as well as cloud offers and strengthen its presence in the upper middle class.
