Private equity firm The Invus Group completed the acquisition of Ashley Stewart, a global lifestyle brand for plus size women’s fashion, from Clearlake Capital Group and FirePine Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We see in Ashley Stewart an iconic brand with an incredibly loyal and growing customer base.
