Dar Al Takaful completed the acquisition of Noor Takaful from Noor Investment Group for $58m.

Dar Al Takaful, an insurance brokerage firm, completed the acquisition of Islamic insurance services providers, Noor Takaful from Noor Investment Group, a financial investment company for $58m. "The transaction is consistent with the company’s strategy to build scale and market share in fragmented market conditions. Given the complementary nature of the business of DAT and the Noor Takaful companies, DAT expects to generate synergies from the transaction,” Dar Al Takaful.
