Longshore Resources, an oil & energy company, completed the acquisition of Rifle Shot Oil, an oil & energy company, Steelhead Petroleum, an oil & energy company, and Primavera Resources, a construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Transaction greatly enhances Longshore’s business model.
