RWS Holdings completed the acquisition of Iconic Translation Machines and Webdunia for $41m.

RWS Holdings, a language, intellectual property support services and localization provider, completed the acquisition of Iconic Translation Machines, a provider of neural machine translation, and Webdunia, a provider of translation, localization and technology services, for $41m. "The acquisitions of Webdunia and Iconic are an ideal fit for RWS. They complement and strengthen our existing translation and localization and technology services, while extending the Group's geographic reach in line with our strategic objectives," Andrew Brode, RWS Chairman.
