Integral Diagnostics to acquire Ascot Radiology for NZ$50m.

Integral Diagnostics, an Australian healthcare services company, agreed to acquire Ascot Radiology, an Auckland, New Zealand-based diagnostic imaging company, for NZ$50m. The deal, which includes nine diagnostic imaging clinics and contracts with 22 diagnostic imaging specialists, complements Integral's existing business in New Zealand.
