Massenberg completed the acquisition of Aero Solutions from Aerospace Industry Consulting.

Massenberg, one of Germany's leading companies in the field of building repair, completed the acquisition of Aero Solutions, a specialist in cooling tower maintenance, from Aerospace Industry Consulting. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Aéro Solutions has enabled the building maintenance specialist, Massenberg Group - a portfolio company of DPE Deutsche Private Equity – to extend its service portfolio into maintenance of natural-draught and cell cooling towers, while also driving its international growth by operating in the markets of France, Benelux and Eastern Europe.
