General Atlantic and Hg-backed Argus Media, a British publishing company, completed its acquisition of Agritel, a French consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have long admired the company's activities in the agricultural sector, and as Argus seeks to expand its portfolio of services in the related fertilizer and biofuel sectors, the Agritel team will undoubtedly improve the quality of our service in this area,” Adrian Binks, Argus Media Chairman and CEO.
