58.com, a local life service platform, completed the merger with Quantum Bloom Group and Quantum Bloom Company for $8.7bn. The company will be acquired by a consortium of investors including Warburg Pincus Asia, General Atlantic, Ocean Link Partners and Internet Opportunity Fund.
