Italian private equity firm Gradiente completed the acquisition of Aalberts Surface Treatment Italy, a global service provider for the surface coating, from Aalberts Industries, a manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The group aims to become a key operator in the surface treatment market serving the Italian industrial districts.
