Haka, a company owned by the entrepreneurs Pedone and Ritossa, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in OmniaDoc, an Italy based company engaged in document management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. \"The operation is of strategic importance for the development of OmniaDoc.
