The International Group completed the acquisition of Rheogistics.

The International Group, a cosmetic and care chemicals provider, completed the acquisition of Rheogistics, a supplier of lubricant systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition will expand IGI’s presence in the Rigid PVC Market and add to our wax manufacturing and blending facilities strategically located across North America.
