Institutional Investors completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Shandong Gold, a gold miner from Barrick Gold, a Canadian gold producer for $210m. The shares were sold by an accelerated book-building process and were placed primarily with new and existing institutional shareholders of Shandong Gold.
